I would like to start off by thanking all the parents that shuttle these kids back and forth from training so that I can work with them week in and week out. Thank you to all my goalkeepers for continually pushing me to be better for you at each session, thank you for bringing your hard work your dedication and most importantly your passion to the pitch. Over the years I have developed a way of training and preparing goalkeepers on how to achieve their goals. Are you looking to win a Scholarship to a D1 School or a Pro Trial in Europe, maybe you want to play for the National Team, every Pathway has a chosen road that you’re either on or your not. This has been a very exciting year with the launch of the CPL and professional soccer in Canada and the advancement of League 1.
For the first time in my life I’m watching professional Canadian soccer games on tv and seeing how our players stack up against other leagues in different countries. I have 2 gks playing in the CPL Nathan Ingham (York 9) and Niko Giantsopolous (Calgary Fc) and I’m overjoyed with the success they have had this year. When there home there always helping me in my sessions when they can giving back with there time and experience of what it’s like at the highest level in Canada. At Extreme Goalkeepers we are a family and I take that very seriously, I treat all my gks like one of my own for better or worse I STAND BEHIND THEM!
This winter is going to be a busy one for me as I take over the Gk Dept. at ANB Academy creating a home for goalkeepers to learn and grow in a soccer environment with strong family and academic values. I continue to reach out to my friends who work at pro clubs and universities to look at my gks who deserve the chance to be seen. As long as I can I will be working with young athletes helping them achieve their goals on and off the field. I look forward to working with this new group of young gks this winter and helping them achieve their goals.
